Hey friends! Today’s video shares how to create an interactive flip card very easily using the Flip Card die. I’ve tried creating this card in the past with little success, but this die makes it super simple to create the interactive card over and over!

I started out by using Simon Hurley create. inks to easily blend bright backgrounds on the front and inside of the flip card. I used Slippery When Wet, Bee Sting, Remember Me, and Overzealous which blend together beautifully and create new colors in between! I also used the Stargazer stencil to spray water and lift the ink to add detail and interest to the backgrounds.
Then, I used images from the Dudes Too! stamp set and colored them in using my DIY reinker pens (or one water brush with my inks). I added the images onto the card and used some of the small images and sentiments from the set to make it a birthday card.
I absolutely love that the inside of flip cards are decorated and just as important as the outside… it makes for a super fun interactive card!
