Cardmaking Life Hack: Glimmer Paste Sponging

Hey friends! In today’s video, I am sharing a life hack to apply Gimmer Paste in a new way to get a unique effect on cardmaking projects. This is such an easy way to apply Glimmer Paste and it gives stunning results!

A unique way to apply the paste is with a sponge! I like to use these Nuvo Sponges because they are very dense and easy to clean after use. Using a sponge soaks up a bit of the liquid and applies tons of glitter to the piece. It also allows you to apply thinner layers of paste and fade them into the background which I am a huge fan of!

To finish the card, I used the Fennec the Fox stamp set to create a fun focal image on my card (I love that happy fox)! I colored in the fox with Chameleon colored pencils for easy shading and blended the colors using my DIY Gamsol Marker. I also added a few beautiful Iridescent Stars to finish off the background and tie the card together!
