Hi there! In Today’s video, I am sharing some vibrant watercolor backgrounds that are super easy to create using Nuvo Aquaflow Markers. These backgrounds turn out beautiful and each one is so unique!

I started by adding lots of water to the watercolor cardstock. This helps the colors blend and mix together to create new colors on the background! Then, I added color in by lightly squeezing the markers to drop the concentrated color. I love to mix fun colors together and let them do all of the blending by themselves on the cardstock! I added a stencil over top of the dry background and lifted some color off with water to create a light design.

For the second background, I repeated everything I did on the first background. Then, I added darker colors over top of the dry colors with lots of water. This creates a dark galaxy look with some beautiful vibrant colors peeking through! To finish the Galaxy look, I added flicked on some white paint to create the look of stars. This makes the galaxy come to life and makes a truly beautiful background!

I kept both of the cards super simple with no embellishments. This allows the watercolor background to really shine and keeps the cards more masculine!
