Hello there! I wanted to quickly pop in and share a fun and comedic card using a bunch of stamps and stacking them to create a scene. This is my way of re-sharing some of my favorite stamp sets without having to post them separately and bore you all. Some of the sets include: Woodland Gifts, Tiny Heroes, Swim Team, and Woodland Creatures (discontinued). I encourage you all to use stamp sets way more than once because it’s a ton of fun to come up with many different designs using one stamp set.
For today’s scene, all of the animals wanted to stack themselves up just like in the cartoons to grab a balloon! Even some of the tiny animal tried to help with not much success. 🙂
I started by stamping down all of the images on top of each other like a fun game of stacker! To add a comedic effect to the card I added some small animals in the middle of the stack holding the weight of some giant animals.
Then, I quickly colored and shaded in all of the stamped images using bright Copic Sketch markers. I kept the coloring super simple today, but you can go crazy with the detail and shading in your coloring!
I added a gray border around all of the images to add a bit of detail and grounding without having to do any crazy masking. I finished the card off by adding it onto a tall, side folding card base to keep it super simple.

Great card. I love the whole concept, very nicely done. Thanks for sharing it with us.
What an excellent card! I’ve seen other people do something similar, but using this for a thank you card is tres clever for a masculine thank you! Thanks for the idea!
