Hi there! Today I am participating in an awesome blog hop for Gerda Steiner Designs. I am excited to share how I used Prismacolor Pencils to create a two toned effect. These images are really easy to color in and are great for fast easy practice!
These are super simple stamped notes of kindness with quick and easy two toned coloring. I started out by stamping all of my alien images onto small cards using the mini MISTI tool. Then use your colored pencil of choice to color them in. (I used Prismacolor Pencils, but crayola would work fine as well.) To get a fun two toned effect use two colors on opposite sides fading in!
To finish these mini cards off I stamped down the fun sentiments and added the cards onto colorful mini card bases. These are super fun to brighten up somebody’s day and slip them in their bag. Everything mini these days is great, so hey why not some mini cards?!
Enjoy the video!

Beatifuls cards Simón…congratulations!!
Adorable little cards! I don’t have any kind of alcohol markers and only use color pencils when coloring, so this is right up my wheelhouse.
Another great idea using the 2 tone colored stamped images. My kids are always wanting to help and do their own cards and they do have colored pencils in their stash. Perfect ideas to be able to do something together with them. The two tone looks really great, and is such a great idea. Thank you for such a clever tip.
Hey…so wonderful cards you´ve made!

Nice cards. Very creative
I am enjoying your blog in this blog hop. so impressed with what all you have accomplished at 14 ! Doing what you love and loving what you do is so important. Bringing joy to the world with your cards and showing others how to create beautiful cards to show love to the world must be so fulfilling, and filled with beauty and joy. Here I went into nursing to find the same things… I think you got it right and I may follow in your footsteps now that my body is protesting the physical demands of being an RN. Bless you, Simon for your giving of your gifts to the world. These watercolors look amazing, put the 120 colors on my wish list. Budgeting will not allow that purchase at this time. I have gotten stamp sets you have demo’d though.
