Hey friends! Today I will be sharing a few unique stamping techniques using Alcohol Lift Ink. This ink is a complete gamechanger for alcohol inks and creates awesome stamped effects that you can’t achieve with a regular ink pad.

The first technique gives you two cards from one alcohol ink background. I started by stamping a floral background stamp onto an alcohol ink background using Alcohol Lift Ink. I used the ink that was lifted on the stamp to create another stamped background. This gives such awesome results that are so unique and colorful and cannot be achieved with a regular ink pad.

I used the ink from the center of the stamp to create a reverse stamped image onto a hello die cut. After wiping the excess lifted ink off the alcohol ink background I lined up the die cut and adhered it onto the card. I kept it simple and finished off the card with some Nuvo Glaze on the sentiment.

For the last example, I used the Glorious Bouquet stamp to lift ink off of an alcohol ink background and transfer it to a piece of paper. The inked background acts like a palette and you are able to lift off color many times to stamp onto a new surface. The results are unique and beautiful!

In this post, I really focused on the Alcohol Lift Ink. HERE is a video that I shared a variety of different ways to create stunning backgrounds using Alcohol Inks!
