Hello! Today I am excited to be joining Newton’s Nook for day 2 of their September release week. They have released an awesome new stamp set called Touchdown Tails today! I just love all of the animals dressed up in their uniforms ready for the football season.
I am also going to be using the Zig Clean Color Pens without water and give you a close in depth look at how to blend them. I will be providing many tips along the way!
To create this I used Canson watercolor card stock, the paper is very important if you want these pens to blend well. I colored in the image using many different shades of each color and blending them out. You can also use the Clean Color Pens with water, but if you want a very vibrant color you should blend them without.
I white heat embossed a “happy birthday” sentiment on a banner and popped it up with foam tape. I also used some white gel pen and Glossy Accents to add some detail and dimension to the background.
This stamp set will be available on September 25.
