Hi friends! Today’s video dives into how to use the Flower Maker stencil to create beautiful and unique florals on your cardmaking and crafting projects. There are so many ways to use this versatile stencil to create projects and today I am sharing three easy projects using this stencil!

For the first card, I used the stencil to create three different flowers on my card. I used the Simon Hurley create. dye inks and Detail Blending Tools to add shading and extra colors onto the flowers. I love that these floral designs are in a stencil because it is super easy to add shading and added colors to create unique florals that look realistic.
I also used the Backsplash stencil with Woof! ink to create a softly blended background around the edges of the flowers! I just love how this finished off the card with an elegant soft background!
On the second project, I used my inks and a water brush to paint the color through the stencil. Of course, the water seeps under the stencil and creates a hand-painted messy look, but I love how it turns out. If you want a loose watercolor floral look, but struggle to paint the florals… this stencil is for you!
I finished off the card with the Painted Lines background stamp and Woof! ink to create a tone-on-tone background. I just love how these simple lines finish off the card and create a graphic look!
For the last card, I used the excess ink from my surface with water and swiped my card through it! This is so much fun to do and creates bold colorful backgrounds that are great to create with. I used the stencil to create more flowers, but this time in black… This makes the flowers stand out and is a bold contrast against the colorful background.
