Hey friends! Today I am using the new Tim Holtz Shifter Stencils to create some awesome colorful backgrounds for some Christmas cards. I absolutely love using any stencils to create patterns with shifting, but love how simply you can create two-tone backgrounds using these!

I finished off both cards using images from my Caroling Squad stamp set and watercolored them in using Simon Hurley create. inks. I absolutely love how my stamps complimented the fun and colorful style of these whimsical backgrounds!
